RETURNS

The customer benefits from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal provisions in force. He can exercise this right by informing the online store of his decision to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, and the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to return an item   ?

At MEHA, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at Meha.collection@hotmail.com or via Instagram @meha.collection_ to obtain a return authorization number.

  2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, with all labels intact.

  3. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the package and send it.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

How to track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the delivery of your order in real time until it arrives at its destination.
